Subarna Nandy is an entrepreneur, event manager, and advocate for women's empowerment. As the Director of Erisa Limited, she has led impactful events like “The Rise of Bengal Tiger” and FaW Tokyo, fostering strong ties between Japan and Bangladesh.
She is also the Founder of BWAJ (Bangladeshi Women in Japan), a non-profit organization empowering women across Bangladesh. Currently, Subarna is building Nihonsei and Bihada, a venture bringing premium Japanese cosmetics to the Bangladeshi market.
With a vision to inspire change and create opportunities, Subarna’s work bridges borders and empowers communities.
